
Brandon LaBumbard presented his Master Seminar "Factors related to the distribution and prevalence of Batrachocytrium dendrobatidisin the Kosnipata Valley of the Peruvian Andes" on Monday 27 July. Brandon started his Master studies in January 2013 after graduating from SUNY Oswego, and spent the summers of 2013 and 2014 conducting field work in Peru. He will be joining the lab of Doug Woodhams at UMass Boston in the Fall. Congratulations Brandon! ![]() David Burkart presented a poster at the Annual Meeting of the Society for the Study of Amphibians and Reptiles in Lawrence, KS the last week of July. His research is investigating the roles of skin peptides and skin bacteria in protecting marsupial frogs from chytridiomycosis. Congratulations David!
